The Government of Punjab has recently approved a proposal to set up an Indian School of Business (ISB) at Mohali.

The school will be setup at Sahibzada Ajit Singh (SAS) Nagar.

Government has leased 70 acres of land to ISB and four founder supporter institutes including the Bharti Institute of Public Policy & Administration, Hero Institute of Manufacturing Science, Max India Institute of Health Care Management and Punj Lloyd Institute of Physical and Infrastructure Management.

The land has been leased to ISB for a period of 99 years at a rate of Rs.1 per acre per annum, disclosed state government sources.
